The location
A cosy fireplace room, various bay windows, an inviting bar - large and small groups of 30 people or more can celebrate an all-round successful party in Winterberg in the Schneewittchenhaus. Depending on the number of guests, we combine the rooms appropriately and decorate according to your taste and occasion. From an elegant wedding to a proper birthday party, we make everything possible for you.
If the weather is right, our paved sun terrace is at your disposal - surrounded by greenery, with a great view of the neighbouring Winterberg ski area. Or how about moving the party directly outside? Our terrace can comfortably accommodate up to 150 people for a barbecue or potato fire, where you can enjoy the Sauerland summer.
The food
Do you want to delight your guests with modern, top-quality cuisine? We provide real culinary delights on your plates - regional, seasonal and always homemade.
Whether it's fine appetisers, hearty meatloaf or fillet of rockfish with ribbon noodles in a cream sauce - you decide whether you prefer to eat à la carte, from the buffet or a select menu. We'll conjure it up.
Dinner with friends
You don't want to rent the whole restaurant, but want to eat well as a group and sit together in a cosy atmosphere? For groups of 30 people or more, the door of the Schneewittchenhaus is open longer in the evening for a cosy dinner with friends. Delicious food is available for you à la carte, from the buffet or as a menu with or without a choice of main course.
We are happy to organise a shuttle service for before and/or after - so that you don't run into the wicked stepmother in the forest...
Cookery courses
Want to learn a few tips and tricks for the kitchen? Cook together with your friends or colleagues and spend a cosy evening with delicious food? Groups of up to 10 people are welcome to take part in a cookery course with us! Chef Raphaela Schlicht will prepare delicious and seasonal dishes with you, using everything that can be found at the farmers' market at the time of year.
Please note that the cookery courses can be booked from 5 p.m. and only take place outside the winter season due to high capacity utilisation in winter.
